The 'End', fragrant with elegant notes in perfect harmony of cherries and overripe strawberries. On the palate, the wine appears balanced and remarkably structured, with light tannins that reflect the grape variety very well. Wine that shows excellent maturation.
Combinations: chocolate and desserts but the special wine also goes well with pastries or blue cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation wine and after meals.
The origins of Fratelli Aimasso took place in the 1930s. Lorenzo and Argentina Aimasso settled in Diano d'Alba among the rolling hills of the Langhe. Where it was originally a farm, it was son Pierino who had the ingenious idea to invest in the Dolcetto grape after World War II.
