A refined blend of 30% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 45% Meunier, this champagne undergoes a maturation of no less than four years in bottle. The name 'Épopée', which means 'epic' or 'journey' in French, refers to the boldness and vision with which the champagne house operates: an ode to enterprise, innovation and exceeding expectations.
In the glass, Épopée shows a deep golden yellow colour with an elegant, persistent pearl of fine bubbles. The aroma profile opens with floral notes of elderflower and white flowers, followed by aromas of juicy pear.
