The 'Equilibrista' Vino Rosato is a rose made from Marzemino, Merlot, Sangiovese and other indigenous grapes, among others, that tastes great with pizza, spicy chicken dishes and fajitas.
The rose has an intensely bright pink colour with delicate aromas on the nose. On the palate, the wine hints of citrus and grapefruit. After being manually harvested, the grapes are gently pressed. The grapes are briefly macerated with skin at a low controlled temperature after which maturation continues in cement vats.
Normaliter drinken we enkel rosé uit de Provence dus deze rosato van Mario en Elena was even wennen. Maar met een mooie frisse en licht pittige salade ernaast is ie fantastisch. Niet de rosé voor op het terras maar een meer ontwikkelde wijn voor bij de (lichte) maaltijd.
