A Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white, with an antique pink colour. On the nose, the wine is fresh, floral, with hints of small berries. Cantino Micheli's fresh sparkling rosé goes very well with fried fish, sushi and other seafood dishes.
There is a story behind every sip of the wine. It all starts with a strong desire to restore the vineyard of an old woman named Olivia. Despite hesitation from the old lady's son, she finally decides to lease the plot to Cantina Micheli. This leads to the transformation of the olive grove into a Pinot Noir vineyard called EVÒCHI.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
