Our Fabula wine is the result of the careful selection and blending of the best Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes present in our vineyards. The two grape varieties are vinified together. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place in 500-litre French wooden barrels. Follow-up maturation takes place in the same barrel for at least 18 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes 1-year maturation in bottle.

Ontvangen in het wijnboeren abonnement. Mooie blend van twee druiven die we nog niet eerder samen proefden. Andere wijnen van deze boer zijn ook allemaal net even wat anders. Mooie intense smaak, gegeten bij stukje vlees van de green egg.
