Fagiano is a red Barbera wine from Oltrepò Pavese, made from Barbera grapes. This versatile and drinkable wine goes well with aperitifs, white meats and cheeses. It is a still Barbera, meant to be enjoyed every day. After a short maceration, this wine is vinified in steel and aged in cement, giving you a modern wine with a low alcohol content. With its dark fruit and spice aroma and a mouthfeel that is low in tannins and easy to drink, typical of Barbera grapes, this wine is supported by good acidity and red fruit on the palate.
