The wine has a deep ruby red colour with a rich range of aromas. It is an elegant and floral wine with spicy aromas and hints of wild berries. On the palate, the wine has a full body with soft tannins with an elegant and harmonious finish.
Only 1,900 bottles are made each year. The grapes are pressed after the manual harvest and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine has an alcohol content of 14% and should be drunk at a temperature of 18°C.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
