This straw yellow white wine with floral, fruity and delicate aromas. On the palate, this wine is dry, savoury, full-bodied and soft with delicate fruit aroma. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, the wine pairs very well with white meat or grilled fish and is best kept for 2 to 3 years.
Frinas, "breeze" in Sardinian, is our most distinctive Vermentino di Sardegna from the area. Indeed, Usini is characterised by a very rich presence of limestone, and they are in the area with the highest concentration here, resulting in an elegant and very mineral white wine. Vinification takes place in steel tanks and aims to preserve the characteristics of this particular soil.
