The 'Fumé Blanc' Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc that goes perfectly with grilled vegetables, asparagus and ripe cheeses.
This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc has strong citrus aromas and the mouth is full and juicy.
In the glass you will see a brilliant yellow colour with green reflections. In the nose, an array of citrus fruits such as lime, lemon and grapefruit, as well as grassy and spicy scents. On the palate, a full and juicy wine with light mineral flavours. Again that citrus returns followed by asparagus and a fine woody flavour. At the end, a long, juicy finish full of life. The wine spent 12 months in 300 and 500-litre wooden barrels and 4 months maturing in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
