The 'Galante' Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT is a white dessert wine made from a blend of local grape varieties of Sardinia that is best drunk with firmer cheeses and desserts.
The wine has a deep golden colour with amber reflections. On the nose, the wine has intense aromas of honey, dried citrus and aromatic herbs. The sweetness of the wine is matched with a mineral undertone that makes the finish pleasant and soft.
The grapes come from the sunniest vineyards of the Mandrolisai and are harvested manually in the last days of October. The wine is fermented at controlled temperature and then aged in bottle for at least 1 year.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
