Product description
A velvety, dry, powerful and persistent Barolo. Mauro Sebaste's 'Ghé' Barolo Riserva goes well with red meat and aged cheeses.
Vine variety: 100% Nebbiolo Origin: Vineyard historically called "Ghè", located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba at an altitude of 380 metres of which we have a monopoly. Type of soil: calcareous and sandy with a percentage of clay and iron. Harvest: October, by hand Aging: after vinification, the wine matures for 30 months in 400-litre French oak barrels. After barrel refining, the wine remains in bottle for at least 24/30 months and then, after a total of five years, is released on the market and given the "Riserva" designation.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
