Cottini Marco's Giareto is a sweet red wine made from 100% Corvina. Corvina grapes are dehydrated for an extended period until it becomes a sugary sultana. This process of dried grapes is also used in the great Amarone's and Recioto's. The Giareto goes perfectly with sweeter desserts.
