Gobbo Rosso is the red wine from Cantina Pisoni's sulphite-free line and is made from 100% Teroldego, one of Trentino's most important and characteristic grape varieties. The choice of Teroldego is not accidental: this grape is known for its richness in anthocyanins, natural antioxidants, and its soft tannic structure that is perfectly suited to a vinification and ageing in stainless steel tanks only.
Thanks to this method, the wine retains its fresh, youthful character, with an expressive aroma profile of wild strawberries, red fruits and cherries. On the palate, the wine is silky and lively, with a nice balance between fruity intensity and refreshing acidity. The finish is elegant and long-lasting, making the wine particularly suitable to drink young, preferably slightly chilled.
