Grapariol Colfondo is the figurehead of our relaunch, a foundation of the 'new Terre Grosse', honouring the past but looking to the future with ambition.
Grapariol is produced from grapes indigenous to Zenson del Piave, using the bottle fermentation technique. This wine has a fresh and decisive personality. While it evolves and changes colour over time, its distinctive flavours remain. It is an ideal summer wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with dishes with fish and vegetables. You can choose to serve this wine with residue for a more complex flavour, or without residue to maintain freshness. It is important to chill this wine well before opening, otherwise it may foam excessively.
