The Grignolino d'Asti DOC is a rosé made from Grignolino that goes perfectly with grilled meat or a rich pasta.
The wine has a ruby red colour with a present orange hue. The aromas are delicate but distinctive and on the palate it is a dry slightly tannic wine with a longer finish. After the grapes are picked, they are gently pressed and then very briefly retained with skin during maceration to obtain Grignolino's distinctive colour. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks for several months before maturing. This rosé has an alcohol content of 12.5% and should be drunk at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees celsius.
