Product description
Harmonie Terre Natale Cuvée is a special creation from Domaine Gueth, born from the harmonious fusion of two grape varieties usually seen in opposition: Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Since 2007, this wine has broken the classic rules with a new interpretation of balance and character. The grapes come from two carefully selected parcels - "Butzenloch" for the Riesling and "Wasserloch" for the Gewürztraminer - both situated on vibrant soils rich in clay, spring water and pink Vosges sandstone rubble.
In aroma and flavour, this cuvée shows how contrasts can come together in harmony. The bouquet is expressive, with floral notes of rose and violets, combined with exotic fruits such as mango and lychee. On the palate, it shows dry and mineral, with fresh citrus notes and a lingering finish. The grapes come from 30-year-old vines on average, grown on slopes and mid-slopes spread over 40 plots. This diversity gives the wine its depth and complexity. The estate has been working organically since the 1980s, and official certification began in 2019. The vineyards are balanced, the grapes "feel good in their skins", as Muriel Gueth herself says.
Vinification follows the rhythms of nature entirely. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control, after which the wine matures on the fine groin. Gentle pressing and minimal intervention preserve the purity of the fruit. This elegant and characterful wine goes well with aperitifs, dishes such as fish in aspic, sushi, tapas, skewers with prawns and chorizo or even a spicy chilli con carne. With an alcohol content of 12.5% and a storage potential until 2034, Harmonie offers an innovative take on classic Elza traditions - lively, mineral and surprisingly versatile.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
