The Hastalis Montecucco DOC Vermentino 2022is a white wine made from 100% Vermentinowhich goes perfectly with fish and white meat dishes.
The wine has a straw yellow colour with green reflections. The wine has an intense but delicate aroma on the nose while on the palate it has a dry but fresh structure. The Vermentinograpes are manually harvested and gently crushed and destoned. After fermentation the maturation takes placein stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
