The Hastalis Montecucco DOC Vermentino is a refined white wine made from 100% Vermentino, from the heart of Tuscany. This elegant wine is carefully crafted from manually harvested grapes, which are gently crushed and destemmed to preserve the pure flavor. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, giving it a fresh and lively structure.
The wine has a beautiful straw yellow color with subtle green reflections, highlighting its youthful freshness. On the nose, the Hastalis Vermentino offers an intense yet delicate aroma, where floral notes merge with hints of citrus. Begnardi Vini is located in the hills of Monte Antico in Tuscany. The winery is run by three generations of Begnardi. First Roberto, who was single-handedly responsible for the first vine on the estate in 1974, Michele Begnardi his son and since 2016 grandson Alessandro is also involved in cultivating Sangiovese, Vermentino, Pugnitello and Merlot!
