The 'Höhenluft' Sauvignon Blanc trocken is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc that goes nicely with grilled vegetables, goat cheese and fish dishes of salmon and tuna. This Sauvignon Blanc is dry with refreshing aromas of lemon and green apple on the nose. The name 'höhenluft' relates to the mountain air where the vines are planted that contributes to the wine's unique characteristics. It leads to a beautiful mineral wine with a refined mouthfeel.
The vines are planted at 380 to 400 metres above sea level. A beautiful wine for a beautiful summer day or an elegant dinner.
