Cottini's "I Creari" is obtained from the pressing of mainly Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes, picked from vines from the sunniest part of the Valpolicella Classica. "ripasso" processing is carried out on which the wine is then aged in oak barrels. This enhances the alcohol content as well as the body and aroma/flavour bouquet.
