The 'I Luglio' Nero di Troia IGP Puglia Rosato is a rosé made from 100% Nero di Troia that can be perfectly drunk as an aperitif or with shellfish.
The wine has an intense cherry-pink colour with lingering aromas of berries, pomegranate and raspberries on the nose. The wine has a fresh mouth feel with clearly recognisable citrus notes. The grapes are harvested manually after which they undergo gentle pressing. Maceration takes 3 hours to give the wine its distinctive colour. The wine then ages for another 5 months in stainless steel tanks and 1 month in bottle.
