The 'I Mostacci' Valpolicella Classcio Superiore DOC is one red wine made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinelle that goes particularly well with cheese and red meat.
The wine has an intense ruby red colour with distinct aromas of black cherries and wild berries. For this superiore wine, only the best grapes are manually selected for vinification. The wine is aged for as much as 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels and further matures in bottle.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
