Product description

I Patriarchi is Francone's interpretation of Chardonnay, the grape grown all over the world. The hilly terrain with a good percentage of marl and sand and cool evening breezes make this vineyard ideal for Chardonnay production.

Vinification: manual harvest around mid-September. Fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged in barrique with batônnages until the summer after the harvest.
