Easily drinkable while retaining the traditional structured character that is characteristic of Nebbiolo.
Vinification: manual harvest in the first days of October. Fermentation with maceration of about 10 days. Maturation of at least 15 months in oak barrels. To be drunk: 2 to 8 years after harvest.
