Torelli's red wine, Il Vecchio, comes from perfectly ripe Barbera grapes, the wine therefore expresses the great potential of this vine: a good balance in the structure of the wine and the characteristic acidic freshness of this vine. The red wine is bottled (at least) 30 months after the harvest.
