The Joe Pesk is a white wine made from 100% Cataratto and is best drunk with starters in general, especially those with vegetables and fish. It can also be paired with pasta white meat and seafood.
Joe Pesk is a white wine macerated on the skins, 100% Zibibbo from a selection of old vines, grown as bush vines in the Pantesco estate, considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All vineyards are managed organically and some biodynamic farming techniques are used. On the nose, the wine is fruity with notes of peach, apricot and honey. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, fully in keeping with the fruity profile of yellow flesh and citrus, with a pleasant salty finish that makes it particularly suitable for gastronomy. Joe Pesk is ideal with fried fish, soft or matured cheeses and pasta dishes. Serving temperature: 14 °C.
