This dry white wine from southwest France, made from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes, is a real gem. It is carefully harvested in November, after which the wine comes to full maturity in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months. The soil on which the grapes grow, with clay loam and large pebbles, contributes to its unique character. This wine combines perfect softness with lively notes of yellow peach, apricot and exotic fruit. Whether you choose to drink it young for its fruity expression or age it for another 5 to 7 years, you will definitely enjoy it. Vinification includes pressing, stabilisation, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation on lees in French oak barrels.
