Product description
This wine is made from 50% Gros Manseng, 20% Petit Manseng, 15% Petit Courbu and 15% Camaralet, from old vines some 40 years old. The grapes grow on Argilo siliceous soil, rich in pebbles, with a southeast exposure. The vineyard is farmed organically and is located just a few kilometres from the estate. The grapes are harvested at the point of surmaturity, hand-picked and immediately pressed at low temperatures, followed by a long fermentation. This wine is vinified without the addition of yeasts and with little or no sulphites, and is bottled without filtration at the end of winter. After 5 to 6 months of aging in tanks on lees, this young wine is characterised by aromas of ripe fruit, pineapple and white peach. The taste is round and generous, with a delicate sparkle due to the carbon dioxide from the fermentation, which provides a surprising freshness. This wine is perfect for bistronomy, ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with tapas, seafood and spicy meats.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
