Product description
This wine, a blend of 50% Gros Manseng, 40% Courbu and 10% Petit Manseng, comes from a clay-silicon soil with a high concentration of aluminium. The vineyard, with a simple Guyot pruning method and a high density of 5,000 vines per hectare, yields 45 hl/ha. The grapes of these three varieties are harvested on the same day and pressed together to achieve perfect synergy during fermentation at low temperatures and maturation on fine lees for 6 months. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months. The wine's aroma varies depending on the vintage, sometimes with citrus or intense floral notes. On the palate, the wine is full, flavourful and lively. To preserve the freshness of the fruit, it is recommended to drink this wine within 2 years. This deliciously fruity and fresh wine is perfect to pair with light meals on sunny days, such as seafood, grilled fish, warm goat cheese salad and vegetable cake.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
