Kosmos by Champagne Bonvalet is an elegant Blanc de Blancs made entirely from 100% Chardonnay. This cuvée embodies the balance of craftsmanship, time and awareness. After a three-year maturation in bottle, Kosmos develops a light golden colour and a refined, persistent bubble structure that immediately excites the senses.
The nose opens with floral notes of white flowers, followed by fresh citrus accents. The taste is dry (Brut, with 7 grams of residual sugar per litre), and is characterised by a harmonious combination of subtlety and expression. The gentle malolactic fermentation ensures a round structure, while the mineral-rich undertones and lively acids provide freshness and length. The balance between fruitiness, florality and body is precisely tuned to offer both elegance and depth.
Cosmos symbolises humility and responsibility, reflecting Champagne Bonvalet's vision: making choices with consideration and respect for people and nature.
