In Castagnole Monferrato, amid the beautiful landscapes of Piedmont, this deliciously sparkling red wine finds its origins. Our vineyards are lovingly tended, with the low Guyot training system and 9-10 buds on the fruiting vine, to produce the finest Barbera grapes.
With an emphasis on traditional red vinification, we nurture each grape in the process, with natural fermentation taking place in autoclave. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks, allowing its distinctive characteristics to blossom.
