Product description
This wine is made from 60% Camaralet and 40% Gros Manseng grapes. The blend of grapes undergoes a slow fermentation until a fresh and aromatic dry white wine is revealed. It is then transformed into a sparkling wine using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine bubbles that enchant our taste buds. This second fermentation is total, leaving very little sugar behind, as in Jurançons secs. After about 10 months of aging in tanks, the wine is fully matured and ready to be drunk. It is mainly an aperitif wine that seduces with its freshness and flavour. It goes perfectly with refined dishes such as oysters, smoked trout and other seafood.
