Product description
This wine is made from Petit Courbu and Gros Manseng grapes. The blend undergoes slow fermentation until a fresh and aromatic dry white wine emerges. It is then transformed into a sparkling wine using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine bubbles that enchant our taste buds. After about 10 months of aging in tanks, the wine is fully matured and ready to be drunk. It is mainly an aperitif wine that seduces with its freshness and flavour, but also goes perfectly with refined dishes such as foie gras and smoked salmon. Moreover, it can be served with fruit pastries (apple, pear, strawberries...) and savoury pies or puff pastry appetisers at the end of a meal.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
