La Loge Blanc de Noirs Sillery Grand Cru is a sophisticated and exclusive Champagne that embodies the rich history and exceptional terroir of Sillery, a historic Grand Cru village in the north of the Montagne de Reims. With a unique blend of 100% pinot noir sourced from old vines, this Champagne captures the character and depth of this iconic area.
The base wine is from the 2020 vintage, supplemented by 30% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve that began in 2005. After a short ageing in wooden barrels and 18 to 24 months rest in the cellar, the wine is hand-aged to preserve its finesse. The dosage is 7 grams per litre, ensuring a perfect balance between power and elegance. With a limited production of only 2,000 bottles a year, this is a true rarity.
La Loge Blanc de Noirs presents itself with a golden yellow colour and a refined, persistent pearlisation. The bouquet opens with notes of ripe red fruit and delicate patisserie.
