Montalbera's 'La Mia Nuda' Nizza DOCG is a silky, warm, lingering red wine made from 100% Barbera and is best enjoyed with rich dark meats, pastas, and risotto.
In Agliano Terme, this beautiful red wine is produced with care. Our vineyards are tended according to the low Guyot pruning system, with 7-8 buds on the fruiting vine, allowing the Barbera grapes to thrive optimally. A green harvest is carried out in early summer to improve the quality of the grapes.
With a focus on traditional red winemaking, our grapes undergo a careful process that brings out their unique character. After harvesting, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10-15 months, where it develops and refines its complexity.
