The 'Lamé' Vino Rosato Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero from Moret Vini is a sparkling rosé made from 100% Raboso and is best enjoyed with seafood and oysters.
The strong and sharp acidity of the Raboso grape gives this sparkling rosé a unique texture and flavour. On tasting, you immediately notice its bright appearance, while the colour is deep pink. The fine bubbles are light and persistent, emphasising the wine's elegance. On the nose, notes of red berries, lemon and grapefruit can be recognised. On tasting, the pleasantly dry taste emerges, with sharp acidity enhancing the freshness. This wine is made entirely from the Raboso grape, which gives it a unique character. The type of wine is spumante, and no residual sugar has been added, making it dry. With an alcohol content of 12% vol, this wine is powerful yet refined. The grapes were harvested in 2020, and the ideal serving temperature is between 6 and 8 °C. In terms of gastronomy, this wine is interesting to pair with seafood and oysters, with the liveliness of the wine complementing the flavours of the dishes.
