In Castagnole Monferrato, located in the beautiful countryside of Piedmont, this special red wine is born. Our vineyards are tended according to the low Guyot pruning system, with 8-9 buds on the fruiting vine, allowing the Grignolino grapes to thrive optimally.
With a focus on traditional red vinification, our grapes undergo a careful process that brings out the unique flavours and aromas of Grignolino. After harvesting, the wine matures for 8-10 months in terracotta amphorae of various sizes, where it develops its distinctive characteristics.
