The Langhe Favorita DOC from I Tre Poggi is an intense, fresh white wine made from 100% Favorita and is best enjoyed with spicy dishes and with asparagus isotto.
In the enchanting surroundings of the vineyards of I Tre Poggi, surrounded by the beautiful nature of our region, Favorita grapes thrive to full maturity. With love and care, they are harvested by hand, an artisanal process that reflects the essence of the land.
Once in the cellar, these grapes undergo careful vinification. After destemming, they are carefully stored in stainless steel tanks, where they are immersed in an atmosphere of total oxygen absence for six days. This cryo-maceration with the skins highlights the floral characteristics of the Favorita grape while giving the wine an irresistible softness and full body.

After this process, the must is gently pressed and only the floral must undergoes a 15-day slow fermentation at a controlled temperature. Until just before bottling, the wine remains sur lies, benefiting from natural protection against oxidation.
At the end of the fermentation process, the wine is left sur lies.
When poured, I Tre Poggi's Favorita reveals a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish hues, while the bouquet enchants you with its intense and expressive, yet delicate aromas. The taste is a true masterpiece, full, harmonious and refreshing, with a subtle saltiness and a floral aftertaste that lingers.
