This Nebbiolo from Canonica owes its good structure to 12 months of refinement in oak barrels. The grapes are harvested in October, making this a true autumn wine. The wine is aged for 6 to 8 years after harvest.
Pairs well with stewed or grilled meats and is best tasted in a large glass with a narrow mouthpiece to better enjoy the rich aromas.
