Product description
The 'Le Coste di Monforte' Barolo DOCG is a red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo and is a beautifully vole wine best paired with hearty meat dishes and full-bodied mature cheeses. This Barolo by Diego Pressenda is full-bodied aromatic wine full of leather, tobacco, brushwood and vanilla. The wine obviously owes this to its 30-month ageing in oak barriques. The wine is then further refined by a 12-month bottle ageing. The mouthfeel is velvety with the Nebbiolo grape's signature tannins. The wine's full body and warmth make for an overall experience you can sit down for. The garnet red colour with light orange highlights make it a wine that appeals to all the senses. The storage potential of this wine is great, and the wine is actually at its best after 15 years of aging, if under the right conditions.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
