The 'Le Fradare' Valpolicella Classico DOC is a red wine made from the grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that is perfect for drinking with starters, pastas and light cheeses.
This red wine has a beautiful ruby red colour with intensely fruity aromas with prominent notes of cherries that leap out of the glass. On the palate, the wine is delicate and elegant and slightly savoury. The wine is macerated with skin for 8 days after which vinification continues in steel tanks. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is a perfect wine for any moment.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
