      Product description

      The 'Le N.' Blanc AOP Luberon is an organic white wine made 100% Grenache Blanc and is best enjoyed with light fresh dishes such as grilled fish and different types of salads, but is also delicious with light cheeses.

      Le N. Blanc, an organic white wine from the AOP Luberon, reflects the character of MasLauris with mainly Rolle and a touch of Grenache Blanc.

      The vineyards, at an altitude of 800 metres at the foot of the Luberon, benefit from the microclimate with cool nights and sunny days, with the mistral playing a crucial role in maintaining the excellent health of the grapes. These conditions contribute to the finesse and freshness of the wine.

      The organically certified vines are harvested by hand with great care, very early in the morning using a headlamp to harvest fresh grapes and maintain their integrity.

      The 2022 vintage was historically hot and dry. A cold winter allowed the vine to recover its cycle of sprouting, avoiding spring frosts. Despite a noticeable lack of water after the winter, the vine started homogeneously and positively, with promising grape bunches. Spring was mild and healthy, but marked by a lack of precipitation. This spring freshness allowed the vine to thrive. Summer was very hot, with some heat waves reminiscent of 2003, and was also characterised by historically low levels of precipitation. Finally, on 15 August, thunderstorms brought relief. No hail, but welcome rain. This promoted a nice ripening of the grapes. An exceptional September with extraordinary weather enabled us to harvest at the right time.

      The vinification involved careful gravity harvesting, followed by extraction of the juices by gentle and progressive pressing. The natural alcoholic fermentation took place in three containers: concrete egg, stainless steel tank and single barrels, certified without addition

      Aging took place in the aforementioned containers, with bottling at the end of winter according to the lunar calendar to preserve maximum aromatic potential. The wine is unfiltered and without added sulphites.

      With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, it is a beautiful, natural wine, a fermented fruit juice in the bottle. The natural and cheerful profile of this chameleon wine is sure to please fans of this genre.
