This Pinot Grigio from Cantina Pisoni is an elegant white wine that impressively reflects its origins in the heart of Trentino. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, sourced from the sandy plains of the Sarca Valley, this wine manages to strike a wonderful balance between roundness and freshness. The carefully selected grapes are vinified with precision, fully expressing the natural quality of the variety.
After aging for four to five months in stainless steel tanks, followed by two to three months of bottle aging, this wine presents itself with a straw yellow colour and a subtle scent of ripe white fruit and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich, dry and persistent, with a beautiful structure that testifies to the noble origins of this grape - it is not for nothing that Pinot Grigio is also called the noble grape of Alsace.
With an alcohol content of 13%, a pleasant acidity of 6.1 g/l and minimal residual sugar (2 g/l), this Pinot Grigio is not only perfect with light dishes, such as grilled vegetables, fish or fresh salads, but also an excellent choice for those looking for a refined white wine that is both drinkable and full of character.
