In Castagnole Monferrato, located in the heart of Piedmont, this special red wine is made with love. Our vineyards are tended according to the low Guyot pruning system, with 7-8 buds on the fruit-bearing vine, allowing the Barbera grapes to grow and thrive optimally.
With a focus on traditional red vinification, our grapes undergo a careful process that brings out Barbera's unique flavours and aromas. After harvest, the wine matures for around 10-12 months in barriques, tonneaux and large casks of French oak, where it develops its complex character.
