The Blanc Moelleux from Domaine Herrebouc's 'Les essentielles' series is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Gris.
The wine is unique and has caramelised notes. Perfect for when you want to try something different for once. The wine is organically produced and at 12 years old is particularly 'mature' for a white wine. The wine has a storage potential of 3-5 years.
The grapes were partly hand-picked and partly machine-picked. The white wine has an alcohol content of 14% and is very tasty with young cheeses such as goat cheese.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
