The Les Singulieres, a range of wines from Domaine Herrebouc that has been aged for a long time in oak barrels and then also aged in bottle. This results in beautiful, elegant wines like the 'Rouge 2008', a red wine made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
A wine of great aromatic elegance, with notes of small red fruits and Garrigue, velvety tannins and beautiful freshness. This wine is delicious with chocolate, wild meat and hard cheeses.
The grapes were partly hand-picked and partly machine-picked and has a special label: 'conversion to organic farming'. This wine was produced at the time when Domaine Herrebouc changed its production from conventional to organic. A special vintage therefore!
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
