The Les Terres de MasLauris Blanc is an organic white wine made from 60% Rolle and 40% Grenache blanc and is best drunk with a variety of fish dishes but is also delicious with an aperitif.
MasLauris is proud to present Les Terres de MasLauris Blanc, an organic white wine from the AOP Luberon. Composed of 60% Rolle and 40% Grenache blanc, this wine reflects the terroir of sandy loam and pebbles.

The vineyards, located at 800 metres altitude at the foot of the Luberon, experience a unique microclimate with cool nights and sun-drenched days. The presence of the mistral is essential for the excellent health of the grapes, resulting in a wine with finesse and freshness.

The organically certified vines are harvested by hand with great care, early in the morning, to preserve fresh grapes and ensure their integrity.
The 2022 vintage was characterised by historic heat and drought. Despite a cold winter that encouraged bud formation and a dry spring with homogeneous growth of beautiful grape bunches, challenges were met. A mild spring without precipitation allowed the vines to thrive. The summer was exceptionally hot, with some heat waves that brought back memories of 2003 and historic droughts. Fortunately, August storms brought welcome rain, resulting in a beautiful ripening of the grapes. September offered exceptional weather for a perfectly timed harvest.
The vinification included careful gravity harvesting, extraction of juices by gentle pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and part in barriques, all certified organic.
The ageing process involved assembling the juices in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on fine lees for 4 months. Bottling took place at the end of winter, paying attention to the lunar calendar to preserve the maximum aromatic potential.

With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, this wine reveals a modest nose of garrigue and herbs. The balanced palate, supported by nice acidity, brings freshness, liveliness and structure to the wine. Ideal as an aperitif or with meals, this wine is simple, pure and sincere, with great purity.
