The L'Esprit Blanc from Mas de Rey is a white wine made from Viognier and Chardonnay. This wine shows a yellow colour with green reflections, accompanied by intense aromas such as pineapple and exotic fruit. This wine is balanced with fine fruity grains.
The Esprit Blanc is a wine in conversion to organic farming. The grapes are harvested at night and fully destemmed. Fermentation takes place in thermally regulated stainless steel vats and in cement vats with epoxy resin, following the classic vinification method and direct pressing. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone and loamy soils.
In the glass, this wine has a light yellow colour with green reflections. The bouquet offers intense aromas of pineapple and exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is refreshing. The Esprit Blanc vintage is a model of balance, with fine and fruity nuances. This wine is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 8° - 10°C.
