The Blanc Moelleux from Domaine Herrebouc's 'l'esprit' series is a white wine made from 55% Sauvignon gris, 20% Ugni Blanc 20%, Gros Manseng and 5% petit Manseng. Domaine Herrebouc's 'L'esprit' series embodies the true nature of the Sud Ouest region.
Matured on the lie, full-bodied and mineral, with notes of white fruit and melon. Fresh and slightly sweet. A wine perfect as an aperitif or for cocktails. May possibly contain some carbonation.
The grapes were partly hand-picked and partly machine-picked. The white wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% and is very tasty with young cheeses such as goat cheese.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
