The L'Esprit Rouge from Mas de Rey is a ruby red, fruity wine made from Syrah, Marselan and Cabernet Franc and is best enjoyed with charcuterie, pâté, grilled red meat and Coq au Vin.
L'Esprit Rouge is a ruby red wine with dark purple reflections, in the nose expressive, fruity and armoas of red fruit. The L'Esprit Rouge consists of Syrah, Marselan and Carbernet Franc.On the palate, a generous supple wine with round tannins.
This wine goes well with charcuterie, Paté and grilled red meat. The grapes are vinified in concrete tanks. Several times a day, pigeage and remontage are carried out to extract aromas, colour and tannins. Maceration lasts three weeks. The grapes are then pressed. The free juice is separated from the press juice. The juices are tasted separately and then blended together.
